    The bathroom is so badThe breakfast is so badThe hair dried not workingThe room is dirty Bad serviceBad internet Its a less than one star hote !!!The only thing is good was the staff on the entrance of the hotel they speak English well and they helped us so much...

    I’ve never been such a terrible hotel. It is old, dirty and their stuff probably the stupidest ones in Istanbul. I had to give 1 out of 5; but there should be 0 (zero) for this hotel. They have no tracking system for their reservations. So they keep waiting us nearly 45 minutes and They asked us to re pay the cost .

    Room service very bad, actually theres no room service All others hotels offer free minibar for each room ,at least Water !!The breakfast must be better compared to a 5 stars hotel this is terrible !!

    Iran Lausos palace claims to be a 5 star hotel but it’s not even 2 star . The location is awful, located down side of a hill and you need to climb for 20 minuets to get the main street and metro. Breakfast is terrible too repetitive boring breakfast for the whole week . The minibar was empty. The toilet was bot clean enough, there was so much dust on the floor. بدترين هتلي بود كه اقامت كرده بودم ، پايين يه تپه بود كه بايد هرروز ٢٠ دقيقه پياده روي ميكردم تابرسم به خيابان اصلي . صبحانش به شدت ضعيف و تكراري بود. اتاقها تميز نبودن و كسي كه مثبراي نظافت ميومد فقط تختو مرتب ميكرد و اصلا رو تختي هارو عوض نميكرد .

    هتل بسيار بد با خدمات بدتر!!! استخر بسيار كثيف. كارمندان بسيار بي ادب و هيچ يك پاسخگو نيستن. سرويس در حد صفر. هتل حتي ٢ ستاره هم نيست. هيچ سرويس رايگاني اعم از اب و ليوان و غيره در اتاق نيست. موقعيت هتل بسيار بد. ٢٠ دقيقه سر بالايي و سرپاييني شديد تا خيابان اصلي و مترو. It’s a terrible hotel with terrible service. Staffs and boss are so rude. Hotel is dirty. Service is 0. Pool is very dirty. There is no person to help you. Elevator too old and always problem. No water and glass in the room. It’s not even 2 star!! Location is terrible with sharp uphill and downhill to main street.
