    I would chose it again for my stay to Istanbul.

    In general, our stay in this hotel was really good. The staff was very polite, the room was absolutely clean and comfortable. Also, they upgraded our room without us asking for that and, thus, we had a fantastic view to the sea. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of dishes. The only disadvantages were that the location of the hotel is not that close to the center of the city and, moreover, after being absent for several hours and coming back to the room, it was quite cold. The price of the stay was logical in relationship with the services offered.     We stayed at the Hotel for the celebration of a Special Birthday of my wife.This Hotel is fantastic and the staff is very hard to meet in another hotel - nice, friendly and they made us a lot of surprises.Special thanks to Consierges - Murat and Aziz, to reception desk Kseniia and to Tunjai, Okan.We are for a first time in the hotel but will stay forever, when we are in Istanbul.You could only nicely be surprised here.     Every thing was fine. The room was very clean and nice but not very happy for breakfast. Mr Murat dus was very kind and very friendly with me same as a real close friend and he has done all help and kindness he could do for me. I am very happy to meet Murat and if I would come back to Istanbul again I will book in lazzoni hotel for meeting again Murat. I 'll wish all the best for him in his life and job.     Beautiful holiday in Istanbul ♥️

    We decided to celebrate my husband’s birthday in Istanbul and we stayed at Lazzoni hotel for seven nights in early October (room 416). Customer service was top tier at the hotel, whatever we needed and asked for was delivered to our room immediately. My husband was spoiled he received two complimentary birthday cakes. A birthday cake was waiting for us in our room on the day of arrival and another cake was brought to our room on his birthday. We had a pleasant stay at Lazzoni hotel and will definitely come back again.
