    First and last stay. Old, dirty rooms, poor breakfast,broken phones, leaking shower. Overpriced.Avoid!

    This was my first and definitely my last stay at this hotel.The hotel is extremely bad in every aspect.The rooms are very old, poorly maintained, and cleanliness is unacceptable.Breakfast is extremely poor with very limited options, and the food quality is bad.The heating system did not work at all. We contacted the reception several times and were repeatedly told it had been fixed, yet the room remained cold.The telephones inside the rooms do not work, forcing us to go downstairs every time we need the reception.The shower hose was leaking water and clearly not maintained.The price is unjustified and does not reflect the level of service or comfort provided.The only positive point is the hotel’s location in a busy area; however, the same area is full of much better hotels with more reasonable prices.I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The room was so small that we couldn’t even walk at the same time ,breakfast is so basic and the same everyday . The location is great in Şişli and near to CEVAHIR mall. The check in staff the guy doesn’t speak in english .This hotel is kind of a boutique hotel.About the cleanliness it was not bad .

    Very average hotel/ location/ rooms/ breakfast. Like every tourist service in instanbul they are trying to rip you off it they can. Offering a "VIP" taxi trip that's 3/4 x the fair it would cost a local. I would advice staying away from Istanbul all together.

    The hotel was excellent, it is clean, great service by the staff fluent in English (very rare in Turkey!), the breakfast is a buffet with a lot of choices. The location is very central, next to the metro station and all kind of amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there for a week.

    I gave this hotel a chance after seeing the negative reviews but it is like every review you read, THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER !! MY BIGGEST REGRET! The rooms are small, the rooms are dirty and smell foul, the check in staff the guy at the desk is the most rudest incompetent human being in Turkey ! We stayed in Turkey for 4 weeks and stayed in 9 hotels, This was the worst hotel and experience in Istanbul !! BEWARE !
