  Everything was excellent . I love location very close to metro 😍 free breakfast is very nice ,staff are very caring and politely, everything you need very close,KFC MacDonald other tarkish food, Galata tower, currency exchange but I advised to change your money in grand bazar

  I have stayed in this hotel for 14 days 1. Very old hotel with old windows (no isolation, that's making u to hear everybody goes in the street)2. Cleaning is the worst. They didn't cleaned the bathroom under14 days, even when i talked to the staff about it.for several times I emptied the trash myself and collected dirt in a bag :(3. People who work there have no experience of hotel services (except one who speaks Arabic). example for that, when I asked for an electric socket in bathroom to shaving my hair. They told me there is none and I can do it in the bedroom instead :0 what!!!4. In this hotel they owns only two glasses to drink with. If u need more you can buy yourself or you can get coffee mugs to drink with instead.5. smoking scent everywhere in the hotel because poor ventilation It's still my opinion, but i have chosen to write here to share my experience maybe helping you to think before you chose this place.

  First of all I did not see other rooms of the hotel (I suggest "Inn"), so I can not judge them. And I stayed there for one night.1- As the hotel is in Istiklal Caddesi and near Taksim square, location of the hotel is good.2- Wifi is good enough and free.3- The hotel staffs were friendly but not so experienced.4- My room is not ready When I arrived at the hotel, so they clean my room in presence of me.5- Room and bath were not clean and unfortunately the refrigerator was stinky and dirty.6- All of the building and especially rooms need some reconstruction and refurbishment.7- There is no elevator in building and entrance stairs is not suitable for big and heavy baggage.8- Room service breakfast was not good.9- As the presence of near club, rooms were noisy at night.

  The location is good in Taksim street near Istiklal street but so noisy at night.. avoid if you cannot sleep from noiseThe employees are helpful but the hotel is not so clean and there was ants on the ground in all hotelsAvoid if you are with family

  Great location (almost in the middle of Istillal street)Awesome staff (specialy for arabs there is people who speak arab in the management)Value for money (it's not luxurious but for the price you pay it's more than enough) 👍🏻
