  Very bad Hotel

  Very bad hotel , small rooms .. dirty .. smell of smoke in most rooms , we book 4 rooms for 2 nights we really regret it, they shut down the AC of lobby to save power ... very stungy .. only there was one staff who was polite and help us carry bags .

  Staying Here Was a Huge Mistake

  My wife and I visited Istanbul in September 16 to do some wholesale shopping. This was our first trip to Istanbul, it was an "experimental" trip to discover and get acquainted with wholesale sellers. We were short on budget and were looking for an an affordable hotel that is why we booked here from the first place.Normally in Europe, a 3 star hotel with a rating of 7.3/10 on booking.com meant a very decent hotel, but this is Istanbul and things are different here ...The moment my wife and I stepped into the entrance of this hotel, I realized I had made a terrible mistake by booking here. We were showed two rooms to choose from. One had a double bed with a window to the building's shaft, the other twin beds with a street view; both of them very small. We chose the first. First night was a nightmare: old bed covers, torn sheets, AC was on but was acting just like a fan so the room was hot all night long. Second day, we moved to another room with street view: AC also not functioning properly but at least we had a window, which turned out to be insignificant because of all the street noise and mosquitoes. Cracked walls, loose electrical plugs, old carpets with stains and burns. Old and torn bed covers as I said earlier. Shower curtain glass was falling to pieces. Minimal cleaning. One day we placed the towels on the floor to have them changed only to find out that the cleaning lady had spread them on the bed to dry. Since there were no trash cans, we used to place our trash in a bag which the cleaning lady used to leave in our room, so we had to put it outside our room each day.The restaurant although in a nice location on the roof, but is very dirty. Bread crumbs on dusty tables, stained table cloth ...Breakfast is terrible:- very poor- cold- milk bottles were left open outside (we had food poisoning after only two days in Istanbul, probably because of this). - Humid ground coffee,- waiter smoking in the restaurant lobby (although there are signs indicating this was a non smoking hotel)I wouldn't even give it a one star if it wasn't for the lady on the front desk (mornings) and it's central location.I recommend other people to pay a few more bucks and get a more decent hotel (plenty in the area).

  Bad service. Small rooms. Careless reception. No room service. Expensive for service provided. The hotel quality is equal to two starts hotel but they sell at for star hotel rates. Terrible lobby space. TV is good.

  I work as a travel agent. Went to inspection trip, and they showed me two kind of 'ok' rooms. The group arrived and was out of the rooms / hotel in 5 minutes demanding different hotel. What more to say about this hotel? Kept my stuff, and myself here for the rest of the trip - horror. The bathroom was so dirty I was paying for the hammam every day to compensate for the shower. So, ... stay away, really stay away

  Just terrıble ın one word. For sure you can fınd much better hotel ın the same cost. Avoıde ıt and try another hotel ıf you are commıng wıth your famıly. The breakfast ıs terrıble.The servıce ıs terrıble. The rooms are terrıble . you cannt fınd some one ın thıs hotel to speak englısh. the recıptıons are very ımpolıte . I wıll never ever try thıs hotel agıne.
