    We came to a room without electricity, and no hot water on one of two rooms we had booked.We asked for a rebate, but could't get anything.I dont thinks its the best recommendation for this hotelJohnny - Denmark

    FIRE ALARM KEPT ME UP ALL NIGHT!

    The room was fine, and the view was amazing. Nice clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast. You would think that’s a great review.Sadly the experience was ruined for us, by a fire alarm in the hall way that kept beeping extremely loud all night long. Most likely needed new batteries. It was the EXIT sign on the 7th floor. It ruined my night sleep which is the most important thing a hotel should offer (a good nights sleep) I got zero sleep this night. And that overall draws the experience all the way down. Very disappointed.

    It all started when we checked in, the staff didn't seem organized and had trouble finding our room. When finally got to the room it hadn't even finished being cleaned, the cleaning staff looked shocked that we turned up. Hotel was being renovated but we weren't informed this. Our TV didn't work properly even though it advertises a smart, this would be great if it didn't keep turning itself off, every morning we complained and every morning we were told it would be sorted, every night back in the room the tv carried on turning itself off. It was as though they just told us it would be sorted to get rid of us. Most of the reception staff weren't overly friendly, one girl was brilliant the others didn't seem happy to be there. Then we come to the parking, the hotel advertises parking what it doesn't explain is there is very limited parking and you're very lucky if you get a space, the car park is very awkward and tight, we ended up parking in the public carpark next door, luckily we didn't want to go anywhere at night as it closes at about 8 each night. The breakfast was okay.

    Room is spacious with Balcony looking at City. Walking distance to get everything around you. Breakfast served at Sky restaurant with panoramic city view. Basic amenities but ok for us as we didnt expect much. Room sound proof need to be improved as disturbing mid of the night from the bar downstairs. Might be trouble for light sleeper.

    Although the hotel is not new, rooms are big and comfortable. Everything is so clean, which was the main criteria for us. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and has lots of options. Comparing other hotels’ prices in Kempten, myPark Hotel is definitely worth your money.
