    The worst hotel ever

    It was my worst choice ever in my life that stayed in this so called hotel, no elevator, no heating system, safe didn't worked I asked lobby man to fix it but nothing happened, even shower was broken, you can't take a shower in your residence time, room was damp stuffy and super small and bugs and cockroaches everywhere. For God sakes never go there.

    The receptionist (the bald guy) was so rude. no welcoming. He couldn't speak English at all. The hotel was so dirty. the breakfast was awful. there was no soap (in this covid situation) and no drinking water in the rooms and nobody cares when I told them. The room smelled so bad. a lot of noises came to my room. There was no elevator. everything was dirty everything.Actually, it was not a hotel at all.

    The location of this place is perfect. Liva street is close to Taksim square on a little side street. The room was very big with window, the staff very helpful and friendly. For the price you pay it is fantastic place to stay.

    So much to improve

    Stayed for 3 nights here. The location was alright. Near the Taksim Square. The room was small but it was ok. Bed was pretty comfortable. However, they didn't have power often. Staff couldn't speak English well. When the power is on they have pretty decent Wi-Fi but when the power is off then so is the Wi-Fi. Hot shower and heater worked alright. They cleaned our room on the 2nd night and changed the towels and made the bed. This place could be a gem. They just need to figure out what's wrong with the power cut and train their staff more.

    Had Brilliant Time. At the center of the city, close to Beyoglu and Istiklal Street. Fantastic pricve, Clean Rooms and Wonderful staff.Close to Dolmabakce Palace, Galata Tower. Cihangir is really nice quiet area and also very close to the night life, music, bars and restaurants
