    It was a brilliant experience, our room were always clean and the staff cleaned it every day while we were out, the breakfast was pretty good and had everything from A to Z ( It wasnt like the photo but it was nice), we stayed there for 6 nights and 7 days and if we decide to go to turkey again, we will choose it again, it was about 1 min to taksim and metro, bus station, the reception (specially mahmud) was so polite and did everything for our comfort.

    the room was clean. the breakfast was awful and stale . access to taksim square and bus and metro station was super easy and perfect but it is in inappropriate street especially in afternoon to night.there wasn't any soap in the hotel just shampoo,conditioner and gel shower

    We stayed in Trass hotel for 2 nights. It is placed at a good location of Istanbul.The breakfast was plenty and tasty!The staff was friendly!The negative thing were that we didnt have our sheets and towels changed.In the end, our stay was OK and I would recommend it for someone that wants a cheap choice in Istanbul!

    The reception was unbelievable rude😳, at the breakfast the staf had argument infront of the guests, they didn’t charge the soap and when we asked they did nothing, the handle of the closet was broken, the door of the WC was broken and it needed a lot of force to close it, there was mildew in the corner of the room and the ceiling, ther was dust on the lights and there was mud on the cucumber of the breakfast...At list I will never offer this place (that i can’t name it a hotel) to anyoe

    this hotel was awwwful, the room was clean just at first day .they didnt recharge our towels and materials for bathroom every day , the rooms didnt have tissue . the reception discussed with personnel in front of passenger's eyes. the breakfast was very simple and they didn't recharge foods.
