    Nice hotel but access is somewhat difficult...lots of stairs to climb before reaching the hotel...quite a hike if you not travelling light.Room was nice and amenities good too.TVs kinda slow though...

    Very nice staff! Room was clean, and bathroom good. It’s good price, and very central with great view over the water. The hotel is worn down, lacking basic repair. Breakfast was not bad, but lacked a good seating experience, and food presentation and taste was poor. There is a lot of stairs to get to the property, but area is also charming, This is good value hotel, but 3 stars at the most.

    When I arrived, the place looked nothing like the photos. The lobby was very basic, nothing close to a four-star standard, and the bathroom had visible fungi/mold. It felt more like a low-budget motel than a hotel. There was no professional staff – just one person trying to manage everything.Even getting there was difficult: taxis cannot reach the entrance, so you have to carry your luggage up and down several steep stairs, which is not mentioned anywhere on the booking page.The room looked somewhat similar to the photos, but the overall condition, cleanliness, and atmosphere were far below expectations. It’s unbelievable that this place is rated as a four-star hotel and costs as much as a real five-star one.The people working there were polite, but this does not make up for the fact that the listing is completely misleading. I checked out after only one hour because I didn’t feel comfortable staying.

    Very disappointing experience.I had booked a suite at Loop Hotel for 2 adults and our 13-year-old son, but accidentally selected “1 adult + 1 child” during the booking process. I immediately informed the hotel via WhatsApp and asked if this was okay. They confirmed:“A separate bed can be opened, no problem.”At no point did they mention any extra fee.Only the day before arrival, after I asked to arrange airport transfer and reconfirmed the room setup, they suddenly demanded 30 EUR extra per night for the second adult. This was never communicated before, and by then it was too late to find another hotel.This kind of last-minute trick is unacceptable. If they had been transparent from the beginning, I would have changed the hotel or room.We canceled our transfer and will cancel our next reservation as well.Totally unprofessional. I cannot recommend this hotel.

    5star views and the stairs give you a workout

    Beautiful views. Modern room decor with very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast with terrace to enjoy the view. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Explained they are still renovating- so pool not ready yet. No street access by car. Our taxi had to call the hotel for location instructions. The staff met the driver a carried our bags- which was important because….The only way to access the hotel from the street is by 7+ flights of outdoor stone steps.
