  Hotel as advertised but not restaurants.

  The hotel is a good value and that was what i needed for a short stay. It was clean, and noise level was quiet. The hotel pick-up is great and the driver David, was extremely polite and pleasant. Front desk was very helpful. Restaurants are offering mostly fastfood, very average. The breakfast staff did not appear to like their jobs. Hard to get coffee. The only complaint i had was an ill advised recommendation to grab a cab at street level vs one that would come to the hotel. The desk staffer was thinking they would save me money and i didn't really think it would be an issue. The cab driver tried to drop me off down the road and charge a crazy amount (i already knew what it was supposed to cost from the hotel). If was a dangerous situation.

  This is my second year staying here. Rates can not be beat for the room size you reserve. I stayed for 2 weeks and paid half of what I would have anywhere else. I stayed in a one bedroom villa. Had a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a washer and dryer. The only downside in my opinion was that I would have liked the kitchen to have more utensils, cooking silverware, pots, pans. There was very little (and we cooked in the room) What was supplied was lacking. That's pretty minor as we did have a great visit. Housekeeping was excellent.

  Airport transfer to and from was timely and professional. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Great restaurant and pool. Rooms were huge!

  My first time in Honduras was nothing short of breathtaking ! I am from The Bahamas and I must admit, this is the most beautiful island, very similar. I stayed in 922. I personally have to thank the WONDERFUL staff at Pineapple villa Clarion suites…they have been so helpful and kind. To name a few who stood out… Codie Santos :) the kindest most helpful!! Doel Bodden - our super market driver ! , Faybian Abbott (he’s actually John) hahaha! our TV repair man and Keaton Hyde friendly smile each day. their hospitality needs to be the example for ALL hotels in Roatan. Housekeeping team kept our room fresh from day 1! Never missed a beat.

  This place has become a staple in our family vacations — we’ve now visited three times, and every trip feels like a taste of paradise. The pools are beautiful and always perfectly maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere for both kids and adults.The resort’s restaurants are truly impressive. We loved the variety — from premium meats imported from the U.S. to authentic Honduran dishes. We ended up eating there almost daily because the quality and service were that good!Herby’s Bar & Grill was a nightly highlight — especially karaoke night, which our family could not get enough of. It was such a fun and lively environment.The resort’s location is another huge plus. The surrounding area is growing, with new shops and restaurants that make everything easily accessible and convenient, especially for families with young children.The beach access provided by the hotel leads to a hidden gem — it’s less than a 10-minute ride away, with great food and laid-back island vibes. Our kids had an amazing time snorkeling at Big French Key — an unforgettable experience!This spot is truly a gem. We can’t wait to come back and make even more memories!
