  The perfect place for quite vacation in busy Istanbul. Highly recommended.

  I can't say except thank you to the hotel for the wonderful stay for a week in Istanbul. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, you can visit any place in Istanbul easily. The room was clean with an amazing view as well as quite ( room #52). The housekeeping staff were so polite and did their job perfectly. The three receptionists were more than polite, helpful, experienced , and caring. I haven't seen them sleeping at all 😀. Always alert and supportive. Hakan, Yusuf, and Ezgi "Thank you again."   Exceptional hotel In the heart of Istanbul.

  I loved every minute of my stay at Louis Rooms. I received outstanding service from the moment I booked to my final farewell. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and sound advice when needed. Ezgi, Yusuf, and Hakan were perfect front of house staff and made the stay extra special. I had cosmetic surgery while in Turkey, which was daunting on my own. However, having understanding and supportive staff made it easier for me to recover. The rooms are spotlessly clean, housekeeping did an outstanding job keeping up with the high standards of cleanliness. The room was smallish but decorated like a 5 star hotel, the bed was firm but very comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom was lovely, with a great shower and water pressure, nice complimentary nick knacks saved me bringing shampoo and shower gel. The highlight was the balcony, it overlooked a lovely little street, it had a steady stream of people walking past and made for a great people watching spot. It does get loud on a weekend due to the pub across the road but that didn’t detract from my overall stay.   Noise neighbors and terrible customer service

  Disappointing Stay, Terrible Customer Service, and Noisy LocationMy experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The customer service is by far one of the worst I have encountered. When one of my personal belongings was damaged during my stay, the hotel refused to take any responsibility or offer even a small commercial gesture as a sign of goodwill. Their dismissive and templated responses showed a complete lack of care or accountability.Adding to this, the concierge service was completely useless. Don’t expect them to provide any helpful recommendations or assistance—they simply don’t deliver the level of service you’d expect from a hotel.To top it all off, the hotel is located on an extremely noisy street. The constant noise throughout the night made it impossible to sleep, ruining what should have been a restful stay.If you’re looking for a hotel that values its guests, offers decent service, or provides a peaceful environment, this is not the place for you.   Lovely little hotel in a very convenient location. Service from the staff was excellent and they really can’t do enough for you. Rooms are clean and tidy and well appointed with safe, fridge and bathroom amenities. 5 minute walk to Istiklal street and 8 minute walk downhill to Tophane where you can get a tram on the T1 line. Although the walk back from that stop is all uphill. 15 minute walk to Galata Tower.Our room was 5th floor at rear of building. We had lovely views and was quiet. Front of hotel view will be the street and could be a little noisy as there is a bar right outside.Only a couple of criticisms is that we only had 1 English speaking tv channel. Not a huge problem I know but we like to have it on in the background when getting ready or to catch up on news. The other is that you have to pay 2 euro for a nespresso coffee pod if you want a coffee in your room. I thought this was a a little bit tight to be honest.Having said that I would happily stay again and would recommend.Big thumbs up for staff and location.   Fabulous hotel. Value for money!!

  After an.extensive search of trying to find the perfect hotel, I finally did! I'm so glad to have stayed here on our first visit to Isranbul. The location is fabulous, rooms are clean and the over all vibe just made us feel at home. We landed up extending an extra night. The team at Louis is exceptionally kind and ever ready to help. I can't end my review without a special mention to Simay, she was so lovely which made it hard for us to leave. Not only did she ensure that we faced no issues but she willingly helped us plan our itinerary. We travelled the coast of Turkey but our best stay was at Louis Rooms. A big thank you to the entire team and especially Simay. Hope to be back soon.
