    Terrible. The worst hotel ever seen

    The hotel was old and all facilities was out of order. It was very unclean and dirty. The room smelled by swage and was disaster. Safe bax, bathroom fan, hair dryer didn’t work at all. Windows view was terrible looks like prison. Towels were rotten. Breakfast food dishes on the bar were broken and unhealth.

    This is definately a 1 star hotel NO AMENTIES. NO MINIFRIDGE. NO MINIBAR. NO TOOTHBRUSH NO KLINEX. BREAKFAST IS LITTLE, NOT HYGENIC, SICKENING. Noisy. THERE ARE ANTS ON THE BED AND DIRTY BED SHEETS. THEY DID NOT CHANGE OUR ROOMS WHEN WE ASKED! VERY BAD.

    Nice boutique hotel, with great location in the famous and vibrant istiklal st, surrounded by all shopping, restaurants and clubs. Short distance to taksim square with easy access to public transport.The staff are very friendlyGreat value for the well priced accomodation.

    The rooms are clean the front desk Staff such as Sulaiman, Rezza, Sedat are helpful they're happy to attend my queries and connect my tour guides as l doesn't speak Turkish language. Sulaiman even show me around the vicinity took pictures for me on my arrival thanks. Hasta La Vista 🇹🇷

    A disappointing hotel

    I am Awatef from Tunisia. The hotel has nothing to do with a four-star hotel. One of its stuff is arrogant and impolite. On the day of our departure from Istambul, our flight was delayed from 12 to 22 so I thought our stay in the hotel is extended and I was not informed that I should quit the room at 12. The receptionist was angry and he treated us as if we were children. The restaurant is good however
