Don't even pass by the quiet side

It's a disgraceful place. It is a big threat to human health. I have complained to the ministry of tourism, the metropolitan municipality and the district municipality, but no action has been taken yet. The room was terrible. There is no mention of any hygiene. It was as if several people had walked through the mud and jumped on the chair and sofa. The walls and table were covered with stains. I was disgusted even to leave my bag somewhere. I still can't understand how the guy at the reception offered us such a disgusting room. Although he offered to change the room, we did not accept it. You can't even stay in that room for free. I'm so sorry I didn't take the pictures, I just couldn't stay there any longer.I do not recommend staying in room D142 on the 19th floor.

I stayed here more than 5 times, and will come again. The location is not central, but that's the great feature! You can live in a real Istanbul with local culture and people.Buildings are pretty new and offer a full range of services. Rooms are spacious. There might be some problems with cleanliness, but everything can be solved at the reception desk. Metro is in 10 minutes by foot, as well as two giant malls. I have no idea about bad reviews because the place is super lovely!
