    Very good price for the quality and accesibility, they helped a lot with my wheelchair and even said they will install a ramp soon. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff, close to Taksim Meydan and from there to everywhere with metro.

    I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week. It was very clean, quiet and had comfortable beds. It has a very good staff, especially Adam who is very friendly and does whatever he is able to make you feel at home.

    BE AWARE Very rude unprofessional Aziz - cancelled my reservation without telling me

    I booked with Aziz direct via whatsapp around 3 weeks before my checkin date and he confirmed my booking. When i texted to reconfirm 1 night before my arrival he first replied 3 hours after my message and surprisingly told me no rooms available and when i tried to call to ask why is my booking cancelled without informing me … he opened the line twice and does not reply so texted him so he blocked me VERY RUDE VERY Unprofessional

    Everything about the property was great! It's very close to Taksim Square, yet very quiet. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day and maintained well.Disliked - They don't serve breakfast in winters.

    They stole money from credit cardReservation was done with free cancellation and was cancelled three weeks before check in l. Yet they charged the card for the full amount of three rooms for seven days Tried to solve out but they refused and dealt in a very bad way
