    The location is great. Two blocks from the Blue Mosque, tram and close to the Grand Bazaar. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful with suggestions.

    The hotel was in a great location, staff very friendly and accommodating.The rooms were dated but clean, and the toiletries and towels were replenished daily, however our shower room was very cold and damp with black mould on the ceiling.The hotel was quite noisey on occaisions.The breakfast was ok apart from the hot breakfast which was never hot, but the cold breakfast was good and replenished well.

    Mixed review, visited with friends and booked two deluxe rooms, on arrival we were told our rooms were not available until the next day so were put in two separate family rooms and moved the next day. Rooms were not exactly deluxe ,very basic and compact. Our bathroom had mould all over the ceiling and was freezing cold throughout our stay. That said the staff were helpful and very friendly ,location is close to all historic sites we wanted to visit. Breakfast was poor, the hot buffet was at most luke warm, choice was OK ish. But tbh I would not pay for it if its not included. Overalll a pleasant stay, would not return again to this hotel when I revisit the beautiful city of Istanbul.

    Uncomfortable and not clear

    Stayed for two nights, bed is rock hard and uncomfortable and the duvet is too small, you have to choose between cold shoulders or cold feet. Arranged for the hotel to book us a taxi as leaving for airport at 4.30., tells us it’ll be 1600 lira (equivalent of £27). Get in the taxi, check he takes card and he takes cash only. Taxi driver speaks no English so can’t even work out if we’ve paid or not. Phones the hotel and not paid, so stops at cash point for us. Price is now equivalent of £50 so phones hotel, who tells us a yellow taxi is 1600 lira not what we have. Also taxi stinks of fags.

    Lovely breakfasts, nice clean and quiet rooms, warm shower, comfortable beds and all the amenities in the heart of the Fatih district near to the Hippodrome, the Blue Mosque and many shops and restaurants. Helpful staff went out of their way to make our trip special.
