  HIGHLY RECCOMMED!!This place was lovely and budget friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and daily room service was available. Rooms were perfect size with plenty cupboard space and a lovely Juilet balcony. There was also a lovely rooftop terrace with the most beautiful view.And the best thing on our trip was the staff. Such lovely and helpful people available 24/7. Housekeeping, reception team were all splendid and made us feel so welcome. A massive thank you to all of them! The area is absolutely perfect! Right on your doorstep are shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, mini markets, mosques. Sultan Ahmet/Blue mosque, hagia sophia, Topkapi palace were a 5-7 minute walk away. The walk had plenty of shops along the way. The shops near Sultan Ahmet mosque are expensive however the shops around the hotel are far more cheaper.Overall the hotel was excellent and I will be returning here when I visit Istanbul again!Ps: please note there isn't a lift in this hotel, wasn't an issue for us but just to make you aware :) Staff took our suitcases up and down for us.

  Simple but good

  We stayed at this hotel as our previous hotel experience was not so good. The room was simple but we slept well and they have confortable bed and pillows. The older gentleman at the reception was very kind and helpful. There is no lift but it was ok.

  Aggressive Staff - NOT SAFE

  My fiancee and I were excited about this property as it was in a good location and affordable; however, it ended up being a nightmare experience, and we were treated - without a doubt - worse than we have ever been treated by any hotel. 1. Our room was not ready by our 2pm check-in time and we had to wait until 3:30.2. The first room we were taken to was in the basement where toilet paper and cleaning supplies were kept. There were 2 single beds, a large pipe that ran low across the ceiling, and a small window that looked onto the sidewalk above. We told the hotel manager this was not the room we booked. 3. He was remarkably unapologetic. Only after we showed him pictures of the room we booked via Expedia did he reluctantly agree to take us to another room. The second room was not much better than the first. It was barely big enough for a double bed to fit, there was no hot water, and the sheets were dirty. We again told him this was not the room that we booked4. He took us to the third room, while complaining that he was doing us a favor and saying that this was our last chance. The third room was, in fact, the room we booked; however, when my fiancee went to check if there was hot water in the bathroom, the hotel manager started yelling at her, telling her there was hot water. She told him she simply wanted to make sure. He yelled louder, got closer to her, and shouted at her to feel the hot water. He was loud and shaking with anger.5. We didn't feel safe in this hotel, in a foreign country, so we stayed at another hotel

  Don't waste your money.

  If you book through Booking.com they will give you the worst room they have because, according to there own words the commission is very high 20 or 30%...well Thats is not a customers fault,right?room in a basement, dirty, with tiny windows where fresh air barely comes in and smells like tobacco.You do not expect a room in such a precarious situation does not correspond to the photos of the web at all. After expressing our total disagreement regarding customer service the owner or maximum responsible do not worry the leastin offering a solution, only paying more and the options were not much better. We just wanted a clean room with a standard window to breathe.The worst thing about visiting Istanbul was the choice of this place,avoid this "hotel"

  Small simple hotel and nice rooms, workers was really nice and helpfull, here i will go again thats for sure, around hotel is many nice small restaurants and market, short walk to sultan ahmed tram stop,
