    worst place ever!!!!!

    This hotel is the WORST I have even been to honestly. First of all, they said they have a roof garden on the 6th floor which obviously they haven't. I personally spoke to the manager and he said that they renovated it last year but they did not put the pictures down, which it does not make any sense at all. They did not even change our sheets, and they did not even gave us new towels to wash our faces. The neighbourhood is humiliating too. Last but not least the breakfast they provide is very very limited. The butter smells so bad because they keep everything under the cabinet, and not in the fridge. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. I do not think I have any positive comment to make.

    We booked a 7 days stay but ended with 3 days because of the horrible experience. The pictures are not true at all. Please see the pictures I took. We changed rooms 4 times and every room was worse than the other. One had a broken bathroom door and stinks. The other had crickets (we found 5 in one room). In another room we found a mouse living in the room. One room smelled like cigrattes all the time even when the staff ha said that smoking is not allowed. The bathroom roof leaked water as well. There is a picture of an outdoor place like a rooftop to sit in which is not true at all. The location of the hotel is not good as well. As a conclution do NEVER whatever the reason book this hotel. This is the WORST hotel and there are MUCH better ones with only a small difference in price.

    This hotel is situated in a very calm place it is good if you wanna relax plus the stuff are really helpful and they can speak English, I liked my stay out there! The food was nice and delicious in the breakfast!

    Perfect hotel , location is nrear Grand pazar , frendlly , clean hotel , take from me 3 minits to be in hart of old İstanbul center , i will be other time in this lovly hotelİ love İstanbul , or costatinapoli

    The room are small not even same with the pictures provided..it shall be 1 star perhaps. We are coming with a big group and stay for 2 nights. The rooms are dirty, smelly, terrible and extremely small. I can say that the bathroom is more bigger than the 2 twin bed size.
