    My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Malta Bosphorus Hotel. The staff there are truly amazing, made us feel safe and always ready to help us when we needed anything.The breakfasts were amazing, a great choice of traditional Turkish breakfast food.The hotel is conveniently located near the beautiful Bosphorus, shopping, restaurants.I would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again!

    The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Free coffee and tea, served by i.a. Hasam, in addition to a breakfast buffet with a tasty selection, made the experience very good. There was some debris under the sheets and a few small stains here and there, but this was not a major problem.The hotel is conveniently located; within walking distance to restaurants, kiosks, public transport and more. The atmosphere at the location was comfortable.Would definitely recommend this great hotel.

    The location of this hotel is generally good; the staffs are ok and friendly, but the majority of them can not speak English, unfortunately. The street, a hotel located in, is narrow and too noisy. We had difficulty sleeping, especially at midnight; breakfast is ok but is not a buffet, and you will be charged if you ask for an extra omelet or something else.

    The best hotel in Ortakoy, Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Turkey. The workers and receptionists are the best, you can never find a better service and help than them, specially Mr.Oktay Kilic and Mr.Baris Candan, they helped me in the most difficult situation i have ever been at, i lost my bag in a taxi which has all my money and my passport, and thanks to Mr.Oktay and his excellent English he was able to find the taxi driver through the police, and the driver gave me back the bag with no money, but with the intelligence that Mr.Oktay and Mr.Baris have they were able to convince the driver to give me back my money, and the surprise is that the driver went to the ATM and paid my money back, they have saved my life! Also the hotel is super clean and the rooms are comfy and the service is amazing, their restaurant has wide options and great food! And the location of the hotel is perfect and close to the fun area of Ortakoy. I am definitely staying in this hotel again next time i am in Turkey. Sasha

    I have stayed in many hotels all ocer the world but this was a strange one. The lift got broken while we were inside. We got stuck and fell down a little bit. I had to walk 4 floors after that because i could not risk it. We asked a duvet and we received one a single one. We were 2 people so it wasnt enough. They didnt even bother to bring it. I asked half lemon and I was shocked that in a hotel like this they had no lemon. The breakfast is not even open buffet, they bring a few items and tou have to eat them. You have no choice. We had tasteless tomatoes and cucumbers and very salty olives. The staff do not smile at all. The tv was broken and tey said they would bring a techinician and didnt come at all. When we checked out, the girl at the reception did not even say goodbye or come again nothing like that. I am very disappointed. We paid 32 dinars which you need to multiply by 15 to convert in turkish liras. So it wasnt cheap. The location is on the hill and there is no way you can climb that. You need a taxi to go back to the hotel in the summer time as it was too hot. I think there are better hotels in quiet areas and less cheaper.
