    BEWARE Very bad, horrible, very dirty

    This not a hotel, this is a sh1thole, very dirty, the lift not working, the bed was dirty and stained with something like sperm, and blood, the lift was not working, the toilet was not working and was full of human waste,the smell was horrible,the sockets was not working, and we couldn’t charge the fone, the Staf was very rude, and keep saying that they have nothing do do with my travel agency,this hotel should never been in bussiness, and I will try very hard to get my money back, please never go to this samil hotel, you will get sick with bacteria, bugs, and virus, because they are filty dirty

    Terrible place, Dirty, Not clean at all. No safe box, No frige, No telefoon, No Daily cleaning. Even for 3 persons they put one rol of toilet paper. For every need we should go down. The door of hotel is always open even at 4 in de morning that we left. Your key is always on the desk of reseption en everybody can take it. Basic breakfast and you should go to Turvan hotel to have your meal. Thy don't call for a taxi, even they can't help you for tourist area. The worst stay that we ever had. I complained but just they laughed and offer us a thee. the Elevator make you scare. Goes up and down and block between floors. Run a way. We booked there from 4 october 2023 till 9 october.

    We arrived to Turkey without a reservation because we made a last minute. So it was about 9pm, everyone was tired so my sister talked to the female receptionist and she said " you have to pay and make reservation before you see the rooms" we insisted on seeing the rooms first but she said no way. As we were extremely tired we paid and went to our rooms.The elevator was too small for our luggages, both of our rooms were so dusty and ahd a funky terrible smell, my mom and sister have asthma, they started sneezing and coughing no stop,They were no sheets in the bed, and the rooms were so cold, we had to cover up at night with towels but we couldn't sleep anyway.There was no toilet paper, the toulet flush does not work, the bathroom was so dirty, dirty mirror, there was a fridge, when I open it, the smell was horrifying, it smells like a dead animal.I went down stairs to the young female receptionsit, she was very very rude! She did not care and she said " i don't know anything I can't help you I'm new"Tomorrow morning, there was a male receptionist, he was nice, professional, he even gave me the phone to talk to their manager, and to my surprise he said that the female was not new, she was bluffing around and she does not have the right to not allow us to see the rooms before booking. We changed rooms,The noew rooms were kinda clean, there was more space, they gave us blankets, there was multiple brown spots on the blankets tho..

    Hello,I’m writing my experience at Samil hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is in a very good neighborhood and well located to get access for transportation restaurants shopping sea boat ride etc. The hotel staff are professional.     First the booking was in turvan hotel but they will cancel the booking with no reason and send you to samil.Very bad hotel with very bad staff , always they don't help you.If you ask something the reply will be ok sir but nothing happens.Very very very small room with very small bathroom , no electrical socket near the bed.Breakfast not in the same hotel, breakfast is in turvan hotel.So you have to wake up every morning and go to turvan hotel to have the breakfast
