    I have been stolen in this hotel!!!

    Someone from the room cleaning service has stolen my very expensive sweater. I stayed there for a couple of days for my tooth treatment and left my stuff in my baggage. Very bad manger who puts the blame on me. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel. Be carful with your stuff and beter to use a lock for your baggage.

    A fabulous location near shops, local dining and a nice walking distance to the Marmara Mall. Clean, friendly customer service and the staff from maids to servers were always there willing to help with anything needed. Extended my stay for over two weeks and that alone says much.     good hotel and breakfast available and it is normal it is clean close to cafe and restaurant it is fare from Istanbul airport and 1 and half hour from tourist area, due to close to cafe area so it is not quiet area

    Mard-inn hotel is about 1 hour outside of Istanbul city center by transit. The hotel is clean but lacks a few needed amenities. It would've nice if the hotel room had an iron and a board. More room for your clothes. Towels were a bit old but still decent. The buffet breakfast was awesome! The restaurant staff was nice. Overall the hotel is decent but if they changed a few things, the stay would be more enjoyable.

    we were supposed to stay there for 3 nights but we couldn't stand 1 more day and left the day after that at morningthe room was too small , not only one person could walk in the room so noisy we could hear everything from out side and the other rooms like they are already present in our room breakfast was terrible , i couldn't eat anything almost insects around the foods , can u believe that nothing good it was a nightmareonly good thing is, only 10 steps distance from restaurants that's not worth at all
