    We Canadian couple were happy to stay in this hotel. It’s a 3rd time that we visited this place. Compare to last years 80$ the price we get was 70$ which is great value includes breakfast. Special thanks to all staff at reception, kitchen and our cleaning lady Majde. You were great!

    Despite the rudness of their housekeeping the hotel room is very cozy and also the reception.. The staff are good and generous except one of the housekeeping she is not patient at all and very rude.. The other one is a cute and nice old women.The breakfast here are mid quality.. I will give it 3 out of 5 and good access to the metro station and malls and basic daily needs are available in circle of 500 meters.. Good access 4 out of 5.. And staff 3.5 out of 5.. Place it's self 3.5 out of 5.. Because the washbasin and shower are blocked and they took 5 days to fix it..Overall i think they need to improve their services and i've tried 4 stars in Tunis and this one in compare is 3 stars.. Wish them best of luck.

    The hotel is okay its 10 min walk to osmanbay metro and there is alot of stores near by and breakfast is very delicious but the only BIG problemIs the slow internet for hotel with 4 star and this kind of internet is very disappointing....

    Upon arrival I was told that I booked an economy room and that it means I had no windows and that if I wanted windows I would have to pay for an upgrade. Which was shocking as even prisons have windows and this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The upgrade was 10 euro a night which I can easily afford but out of principle I refused to pay just to get to get a window. I then noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and they said that they will send someone to check, after calling twice nobody came. Honestly these guys are out to get as much out of you as they can. Do not stay here and encourage that practice. I’ll be requesting a refund but I doubt I’ll get far with that.

    We booked one twin and one double beds room for 5 nights starting on 30 March for 55 Euro (with breakfast) . Hotel is situated in a good area for a family, as around you are lots of shops , restaurants and Turkish style cafe . Less than 10 minutes walking distance to reach Jevaher (çivaher) shopping mall . Hotel personnel are fairly welcoming and gentle. It’s a 4 star hotel of 2 years age . If I was the hotel manager maybe I would have paid more attention to maintenance and keeping the condition better. Breakfast is good serving from 07:30 to 10:00 , hotel atmosphere is very much like bead and breakfast hotels in London. Our double bed room was a bit small , but my children twin bed was ok . A good hairdryer is available, water pressure is good. Coffee,water bottle, soap and shampoo and an electric kettle are available with miserliness! . There is no toothbrush. It’s better to have your own slippers. Generally with 55 euro per night is quite a good hotel. With a taxi ride you can reach the historical places with in 30 minutes.All the things which a tourist likes are available around
