    The place is normal, metro and tram are nearby. As for the hotel, instead of a deluxe room, they let me into an economy room, the room was dirty, the glasses needed to be washed... The next day, they moved me back to the economy room, but in a better one, the cleaner didn't clean the room until I begged, I'm not a quarrelsome person, but they brought me to a room full of dust. Cleanliness 0. Breakfast ok, also positives: they have good employees in the reservation, they have a nice terrace with a beautiful view.

    This hotel was very disgraceful - room smelled like cigarettes and sewage - breakfast was horrid- no toilet paper- dirty bathroom- disgusting towels- very bad service - overcharged and stole my money

    I was pleasantly suprised by this hotel interior and quietness. After disasters at other Istanbul hotels, it was a bleessing to be able to sleep without loud noises! It's truly a great find! If you go, spend time in the sauna or hamam. The manager was very helpful as well.

    This was a great little spot close to the old part of the city. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was a little smaller than we would find back home,but clean, comfortable and just perfect for our two nights here. Close to the trams but if you've got the energy you can even walk to many of the big attractions. Would certainly recommend for a couple needing a few nights in the city.

    I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and cannot commend the staff and their service enough. All the staff members were extremely helpful and always happy to help. The location is fantastic with many restaurants and shops nearby. The beds in particular were very comfortable, and the hotel overall was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
