    It was a really enjoyable stay. Very comfortable rooms with adequate amenities. Staff was very cooperative and supportive. I must commend Mr Aslan from Housekeeping for his excellent service and very hospitable attitude. He is a real asset to the hotel.

    "Although it is stated as a 5-star hotel, the experience does not fully reflect that. The staff, particularly Shemuze and Albert, were excellent and provided great service. The location is so great. However, there were some issues with the hotel - items in the bathroom were broken, and there was a consistently bad odor that was quite annoying. Overall, the hotel did not live up to the 5-star rating."

    The location is excellent especially for shopping trip. The staff are always available and helpfulThe noise in the room from other rooms even the steps can be heared. Some of the facilities need renovation e.g, there was no door for the shower box it was broken.One night there was a sound of construction which disturbed our sleep.     • I love this hotel! Great location, great staff and excellent service. The location is perfect near good restaurants and nice shops. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and speak English. Service is awesome, easy check-in-checkout, very clean rooms and doing their best to accommodate everyone's needs. I highly recommend this hotel! great to stay

    Had high hopes for this place because it’s in a nice area and has a great rooftop restaurant with good food/drinks but the rooms are terrible; badly-designed layout, tiny double bed which is uncomfortable, broken furnishings, ill-equipped kitchen, a safe which is not attached to anything, strong smell of cigarettes in hallways, surly reception staff except Hossein who is nice. Would never return.
