  Terrible service their is no awareness of the visitor and no contact with them you can stay in the street if you come and still their is no answer or any number to call the service is very bad unfortunately you pay your Manet to stay In the street

  i visited my friends room before going out. staff shouted and wanted to beat me because of a rule they did not tell. after i call the manager for complaining about his staff which is so aggresive, manager said take your friends bags and go somewhere else. They throw my girlfriend to the street in midnight 00:00 am. horrible experience, never again.

  Although our confirmed resevation on Expedia was not booked in Eastwest hostel and we have not stayed there but their staffs (esp Arash) did their best to solve and refund our money.we really want to thank theme.

  Its a really friendly place with nice staff .. They gave me a room with other iranians .. which was nice ... warm room .. everytging ok without problemm .. the location is great also in the middle of Istiklal street

  Worst experience!!!

  The hostel is located in a dark steep street. Almost impossible to find without a map. When I arrived, I was informed that the room was located on 5th floor and there was no elevator. The air conditioner was broke. Nothing looked the way it looked in the pictures. I was so pissed and the manager offered me a private room at 5 times cost of a dorm.. I took the room and when I woke up for breakfast, I was informed that it got finished... I checked out the same day and booked another decent hotel... Not recommended at all...
