  Avoid at all costs!! The dirtiest strangest hotel Iv ever stayed in in my life!! Immediately felt un easy!!

  Arrived at this hotel with the worst rooms i have ever seen in my whole life like a scene from pontins lodges!! Not once but 3 times!! First of all was given a room with single beds in when I’d booked a double and this room stunk worse than a pubs toilet on a Saturday night!! So back down I went told the receptionist and he apologised and gave me a 2nd room card for the same floor so I went back up and moved my things into the second room my god it was by far worse than the first!! So back down I went lugging my luggage with me didn’t want to leave it in that filthy room so gets given a 3rd key card and I just didn’t think the 2nd could get any worse but boy was I wrong!! Cock roaches on the very old dial of the heating control panel the bathroom had dirty stains all in the toilets and toilet seats along with hairs the bed bases filthy and all ripped!! carpets stinking dirty!! All The extractor fans hanging from the ceilings pipes exposed where a gaping perfectly cut rectangle had been made to obviously get to these pipes to do work or what ever and hasn’t fixed after themselves . Showers mouldy dirty and hair in them shower screens vile . Bed sheets has hair on them and then to top it off after I burst into tears overwhelmed from the day I’d had already had after I shared these pics too family and friends they all immediately became concerned for my welfare being here alone when they realised it was the same hotel they’d seen posts of this hotel where male workers of the hotel entered females bedroom and sat on their beds in the early hours of the morning ect this was video recorded and you could here the girls screaming at them to get out !! Creepy as hell. Where I Had been travelling since early hours had a 3 hour delay so as you can imagine getting there at gone 8pm at night i was already exhausted with out all that. You may ask how I didn’t know this before hand and it’s because I never dug deep into the hotel as Iv been travelling with loveholidays for years and have always trusted their hotels and Iv never once had a bad one accept this one!! Lucky enough for me the hotel a few doors down opened up a beautiful little room for me at a very reasonable cost just imagine a lone woman turning up at your reception desk distressed balling her eyes out in a strange country not knowing who to turn to or what to do next ( that I will be claiming back from loveholidays ) the receptionist here at moss hotel was incredible at keeping me calm when I was clearly distressed and made me feel safe and he showed me a beautiful room by the reception desk and after accepting the room I told him I’d go get my luggage from the other hotel and I’ll be back but when I got back he had put me in a room upstairs so it wasn’t as noisy as the one he originally suggested by the desk so that I could get a better night sleep and brought my luggage up to the room for me 🙌 that man is worth his weight in gold I tell you 👌( yes I gave him a tip he so deserved) loveholidays for sure will be getting a call from me in the morning demanding too be put up in another hotel or they cover the cost of this one for the remainder of my stay!! I’ll be demanding to know why they are still advertising this as one of their holidays after the countless shocking reviews not to mention the risks potentially posed to lone female travellers!! if it’s not resolved I will be instructing a solicitor for compensation for the distress and the cost this has inflicted on on what should’ve been a break from my 80hour working weeks!! Iv stayed in Bed sits at £14 a night spotlessly clean 🧼 with standards far hire than you would expect for the money so there’s just no excuses for this vile hotel and the prices they charge!! I can’t upload more pics than I have for some reason 🤔

  İts very perfect the hotel. Hotels personel is very frindly. Also room is very clear. Hotels restaraunt of wiev is very beautiful. And hotel is near to metro station.hotel location is in the center of istanbul. You should go to this hotel.

  The most awful experience you can have in Istanbul. Very dirty, smelly rooms. The bed is too small, the bedsheets are stained. The bathroom is very filthy and the towels are stained. I really don’t know how I made such a terrible mistake. It is certainly a minus 10 star hotel. Simply: DO NOT GO.

  How on earth is this hotel a 4 star hotel?The rooms were very dirty, like the didnt even bother cleaning it and the breakfast was also horrible. The only good thing about this hotel is the location because its near the metro, tramway and the bazaar

  first of all it is 1 star hotel not 4,bad reception, terrible service, dirty rooms and sheets. it not somewhere people could stay there even for one night. it is the bad expercience i have ever had in a hotel. Don't even try to think to stay in this hotel even for hours.
