    in a word, it is a terrible hotel, it is not clear who is working, someone from outside comes and informs me, location is bad, transportation is a problem, I do not recommend breakfast is ok........ the food are not clear no good smell.........

    I stayed there for 10 days, it was a quiet normal experience, hotel is very basic, there is no special thing about itBreakfast is not badRoom cleaning is OKIf you get first floor see view room will not be so good I tried to change the room they keep saying the hotel is fully booked, but personally I was not convinced with that

    Everyyhing was great thank for such a nice hospitality . Receptionist herkes me for each and everything. Breakfast was Okay. Location is super. Room cleaning is wonderful she is so kind and hard worker. You can walk to historical places.

    Great hotel in convenient location. Historic sites are within walking distance & tram is close by. This hotel is 2 years old with all modern conveniences. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The single standard is somewhat small so you may want to opt for a larger room. Breakfast was wonderful and menu changed daily. Staff was very helpful & accommodating, especially Mustapha, Sude & Sadat as well as the rest of the staff. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I am in the beautiful City of Istanbul. Ask for a room with a view of the Marmara.
