    The hotel has an excellent location. The breakfast selection was diverse and healthy, and the staff were always polite and efficient. We also really enjoyed the rooftop terrace, where we could watch the sunset and relax while reading a book — although a bit more furniture there would make it even better.At the same time, the hotel could use some minor renovations, especially in the bathrooms. The floor in our room was also damaged in one spot.However, the biggest praise goes to the service. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and caring, and we truly felt well looked after throughout our stay. We especially remember Mike warmly. It has been a long time since we experienced such personal service. Mike genuinely cared about all the guests and even remembered how each person liked their coffee. We had many lovely conversations with him, and he made our stay truly special.We were celebrating our wedding anniversary at the hotel, and Mike arranged wine,cake and gifts to be sent to our room. In addition, he invited us to have breakfast at Garnathan Garden so we could enjoy a change of scenery along with the beautiful breakfast room and amazing views. Mike truly understands what it means to work in hospitality — he is a real example of excellence in this industry.

    We stayed at Meroddi Hotel for 8 nights in 3 rooms. The location is perfect—just 2 minutes from Galata Tower, with restaurants, shops, and exchange offices nearby. It’s about a 7-minute walk to Taksim Square, and the funicular, metro, and bus stations are all very close.The hotel is very clean, with daily housekeeping, including fresh linens, towels, and complimentary bottled water. The breakfast is rich and varied, and most importantly, the entire staff, working in shifts, are extremely professional and empathetic to guests’ needs—something you rarely find.Special thanks to Mehmet for all his efforts in making our stay so pleasant. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

    I like this hotel very much! Clean, comfortable bathroom, I enjoyed breakfasts every morning...Stuff was realy friendly, especially Mike (great guy!). Also Mehmet and Ihlas in the reception, they were so helpful and friendly😊.

    The location of the hotel is excellent for further exploration of the city and it wasn't noisy at all. The rooms are nice and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. We had a rich breakfast every morning and there were many options to choose from. One morning during our stay we even got a small thank you present from the Guest Relations department. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr Mike who welcomed us every morning for the breakfast and the team at the reception who helped us with their suggestions :)This is a good experience for the value.Thank you very much.

    The hôtel sas perfect. The staff sas kind, they try to help you no matter what you ask. I would recommend this hotel for sure.
