  I used to stay here frequently a little over a year ago, and was always comfortable. The hotel is making improvements and it shows. However, the rates have jumped more than 30% since my last stay, despite nothing really changing. $70/night (TOPS) somehow turned into $100, and suddenly the 'budget' hotel is way less budget friendly. I would rather spend the few extra dollars to stay at the BW down the street.

  I have never heard of Olney before but I needed to break up a long trip and found this hotel in my Wyndham Rewards locator. The hotel was in a good location and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shower had plenty of hot water and the water pressure was very good. The A/C in the room worked well as did the internet. It was a short and comfortable stay and the town had anything a weary traveler might need/want. I'd definitely stay here again. I didn't give 5 stars because I had a 2nd floor room and there is no elevator. I have terrible knee pain so the stairs were inconvenient.   I was in town for work. Stayed 16 days. Clean quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are super clean. Water is Hot. I have a truck and trailer. They have plenty of parkingUsually you hear a lot of noise staying in hotels. This one is quiet. Will stay again.   This was a very good location as it was just 10 minutes from my daughters house. The facilities were clean and the staff was extremely helpful. WE plan to stay their the next time we come to Olney.
