    This hotel is good only for its location . It’s close to Taksim Square which allows tourists to take good walks every evening . However it gets zero marks for hospitality . One no staff speaks English. Two, their breakfast has nothing for vegetarians . When we asked for a bread loaf they said it’s payable and not part of booking. Three, they don’t give essentials like hand lotion and dental kit. This would be acceptable if all this was mentioned in their website. Lastly their service sucks - they give 1 half liter water bottle per day - but on the second day itself we had to ask for it . A fresh bottle was not put in our room . We also had to ask for coffee sachets on second day. Worse , even their phone on the bedside doesn’t work. They told us that they don’t have a spare phone - which speaks volumes about their basic service and amenities.

    1- the stuff doesn’t speak English only Turkish and they treated visitors badly except ms.sahar she’s so kindly and try to help every one she’s also speak English very good 2- bad internet and every time I have to reconnect WiFi and it’s so slow and some time it’s doesn’t work 3- beware of cleaners name is “ sayed “ he’s old man and he try to take money from us and on we were sleeping he knock the door then he directly open the door and he want to inter room . 4- food is bad not fresh 5- hotel it’s not safe no security near to dark area and the place name terla Basha it’s famous dangerous area 6- food it’s not fresh

    No English speaking employees, even at the reception. I asked for a double bed and they gave me two single beds. I had to remind them that we are two persons in the room, even though the reception had our passports ! I had to ask maybe 5 times within 2 days for a couple of vanity set until I get them. No slippers or cream, which are important for travellers, are included at the amenities. Breakfast consists of low quality and not fresh products and poor variety of choices if you are not Turkish. The location is not that easy to access from Taksim, the street is also dark and dirty. Also, a technician knocked the bedrooms door at around 16.00 wanting to clean the air conditioner filter! And finally I had to reconnect with the WiFi every time i entered the hotel, it was not connecting automatically. I don't recommend this hotel, there are so many choices around. It is sad because the interior is beautiful..

    super busy street everytime noisy day time - night time, around of hotel very poor streets and feeling unsafety, also building on over hill and impossible parking or wait with car, infront only 2 car capacity and everytime full.AC has problem not enough, rooms was ok but breakfast salloon very dark and poor menu. Reception staff super rude and without listen you just they programmed themself `NO ... NO`I dont reccomend here, i dont feel 4* hotel quality

    The location is very close to taksim square it’s around 10 min walking. The breakfast was nice and price affordable. The room is good and bed comfortable. The team was lovely and they upgraded our room for free. The bathroom is leaking sometimes and there is a smell thus this needs improvement from their end.
