    Depending on where you research, this is listed as a four star hotel. There are requirements to have these stars. This hotel does not deserve even one. This was included in a package to get a medical procedure and upon arrival I was totally shocked. The staff was nice enough, but from there, things got worse. The lobby is cheap and looks like a public cafeteria. The room I was in had only one working light bulb, no functioning air, so I had to leave the window open above noisy traffic. One of the two cheap chairs in the room was broken. The fridge was empty. Four clothing hangars. Uncomfortable bed. The final blow was a huge column in the middle of this tiny room. The bathroom seems the only thing that they have invested in, clearly having been renovated recently. I asked for another room and was told that I could discuss a paid upgrade in the morning but nothing she could do for me that evening. Breakfast was inedible, apart from some plain bread and a cake. Everything else seemed old and not safe to eat (meat eggs, etc.). In the end, I booked the Marriott Apartments next door, which was spectacular!

    I came to Istanbul for surgery and was allocated to Mia Berre. The hotel was lovely, absolutely spotless, with really comfortable beds. The shower was an absolute dream too!! The staff were amazingly friendly, and were really helpful and funny too. Food was gorgeous, but there’s also multiple restaurants around the hotel as well that are just as good. We were given fresh water, coffee, tea, milk and toilet paper daily, as well as the bins being cleaned daily too. The only downsides were that the room was incredibly warm (we were unable to figure out the aircon) and our room was right by the lift so we could hear a lot of movement throughout the day and night. These are likely easily fixed by speaking with a member of staff though, which I did not do. Overall if I had to stay in the area again I would 100% choose Mia Berre. Thank you for my lovely stay <3

    I stayed here with my daughter who was having a surgical procedure. We were very comfortable in our room with excellent bathroom and super powerful shower. All the staff were courteous, professional and welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us. If there was anything to complain about it was the food, such a shame as I have traveled to Turkey numerous times and absolutely love the food. We felt that nothing was freshly made and just heated up so maybe it would benefit from improving.

    Everything was nice except the manager from the restaurant, he was very rude and trying to humiliate me by speaking turkish even tho he knew i was foreigner and I also saw him treating bad the stuff .

    Good hotel, room was OK. Brekfast had everything for anyones taste. Hotel is good option if you are going to hospitals nera by. From Istanbul airport is cca 42-43 km. Not closest hotel if you want to go every day for sightseeing in old town but, cca 6,5km, but if you love to walk it is abot 1,5 hour from old town.
