    I have stayed 8 nights together with my wife, and it was one of my best stays in Istanbul. Spacious room, nice view. Best location, located in the heart of Istiklal Street, Shops, pharmacy, cafés, exchange office, grocery shop all are less than a minute away. Clean rooms, wide neat WC.Maybe loud music sound and traditional Turkish breakfast could be seen as weak points.Overall review of this Hotel, JUST PERFECT

    The room was not decently cleaned, there was urine stains on the WC closet. The shower tube was broken-cannot be fixed. Extremely noisy, people in the reception are discussing loudly. No sound isolation.TV not functional -cannot be fixedTowels, soaps were missing, fixed.

    I've stayed 3 nights in December 2019 with my mother and sister,everything was amazing the rooms were very wide and clean the stuff were very helpful and especially the location it's exactly behind taksim street near to Galatasaray lise. The area is very calm the breakfast was very good.

    Pros & Cons:+ Good location+ Near to metro station+ Large rooms+ good breakfast+ Good staff- Dirty Carpet on floors- Bad daily charging the rooms- Irregular Cleaning the room and emptying the trash- Noisy Street until 2:00/3:00 AM (3 of 4 night)- Broken WC and door

    Everything was perfect, Mr. Abdulselam was very caring and helpful, he talks english very well and he was ready to answer any question. Rooms were very clean and they looked just like the pictures and the street view was so nice, an elevator was available and breakfast was good and everyone who works there was smiling. It was a great stay and a wonderful hospitality, will come back soon. Thank you soo much!
