    Do Not Stay Here – Genuinely Disturbing Experience

    I honestly can’t believe this hotel is still operating. I’m genuinely shocked. We stayed there for four days, and it was nothing like what we expected.We booked a standard double bed, but instead they gave us two single beds pushed together to make it look like a double. The room smelled awful, and there was mould everywhere. We politely asked the staff downstairs about the smell, but instead of fixing the issue, the guy just handed me an air freshener and walked away.The second night was a complete nightmare. While we were asleep, I noticed a flickering light coming from the bathroom. We had turned everything off, so I got up to check and then realised the front door had been opened. I was shocked. I woke my wife, and she was terrified. At the same time, there was water leaking onto the floor from the bathroom.We tried to go back to sleep, but suddenly someone slowly opened the door again. I jumped up immediately, and there were two men and an older woman outside telling us we had to move rooms because of flooding. I was confused and shaken.After we moved, I asked the staff if they had entered our room without permission. The guy hesitated, then admitted they had. We were honestly shocked—they completely violated our privacy.There was also mould all over the room, which made the situation even worse. We reported everything to our travel agency, but the hotel staff denied the issues and claimed nothing was wrong. We requested a refund, but they continued to deny everything. I’ll be sending them photos as proof.I was furious, but I kept my cool. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. Seriously, avoid this hotel. The staff are unprofessional, and the whole experience was deeply uncomfortable.

    Personals are really good and helpful and respectful . Every 2 days, they asked for cleaning and if you need something they bring it quickly. I did not like breakfast and it was cold and limited. Room has no closet for clothes and it was very difficult for me. Room is small but air conditioning is good and clean. Hotel is near turist attraction only 10 to15 walking. Komkapi station only 2 min and has very nice beach for sitting, very close to Eminonu that you kan easily take boat to islands and sea taxi. Full of restaurants

    Every day morning same breakfast cool food no one speak English if you ask something they no understanding what we say to them I don’t think I will be recommending any one sorry and spa massage they telling me not working that’s not good please try to sort everything out another problem room number 502 when you have shower outlet drain water slowly going not good

    While I was out, money went missing from my wallet in the room. Without a safe, our belongings were vulnerable, and it seems the cleaning crew took advantage. Despite the owners seeming trustworthy, their staff's behaviour raises serious concerns about security and oversight. This incident overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay, and I hope the management takes steps to prevent such occurrences in the future.

    I would like to write the amazing experience that I have in milano hotel, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good with so many options, also the staff is friendly and can speak English. For sure, when I come back istanbul I will for sure stay again in Milano.
