    We arrived 2.30 25th march in the morning after a long flight from kuala Lumpur great greeting from the reception staff they upgraded the two rooms both rooms nice and warm very clean ,we have stayed before and will certainly stay again just 10 minutes from SAW airport

    I was impressed with this hotel. The staff was exceptional and they spoke English very well which helped me get acclimated very easy. The food during breakfast/lunch was outstanding and the dinner was like dining at a 5 star restaurant. Really impressed. The amenities were great as well. Beautiful indoor pool and gym! Having a full spa on the premises was amazing . And the location is great for shopping as it sits walking distance from ViaPort shopping centers. The clean staff was prompt and did amazing work even though I never saw them as I was out in the city. I highly recommend this place. Only con is that there is very limited parking for guest which we ran into issues with. .

    This is my second stay, and I decided to go to this hotel again because of the pleasant first experience when me and my wife stayed there last year, and I made the right decision staying there another time, and if I ever visit the area again, I will stay there for sure. The reason for this rating is because of the following:1) Staff was very helpful and nice (Bellboys: Omar, Yunus, Emirhan. Front desk: Mustafa, Esra. Guests relations: Tatyana) these are the names I recall, but all staff were very nice people. 2) The location is great, walking distance from Viaport outlet The outlet is across the street where you can shop and eat and enjoy.

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable from the very beginning. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, which made us feel at home.The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area, and we also enjoyed the quiet and relaxing environment inside the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back again.

    one week stay with a feminine football team, 90% of the stay was very pleasant, the reception team was nice, Tatiana (The Ukrainian Public Relation was amazing with us during all stay).The food was in General excellent excepted one night were the dinner was really on a one star level and not five star at all. The service staff is not really friendly , in general they never smile i do not know why , that has to be the must in the hospitality industry facilities were amazing.Hotel 5 stars employees has a very poor level of English not to say almost nul. The location is great, restaurant and supermarket all around 5mn walk, 10 minutes very big mall with all what you want to get.Room are nice and rare to be mentioned our minibars were ice cold which is amazing too.I regret that i haven't meet or see once the General Manager of the Hotel either the person on duty like in all 5 stars hotel.globally very good experience 4 out of 5 as a note.
