  Lovely room, spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.Location was a bit noisy, lots of music in the evenings.No breakfast

  They help us when another hotel lost our booking. We was dirty and tired after 12-hours trip, but owner kindly offered (using good English!) us good, ready and clean room. It was fair deal. We are grateful for him.PROS➕ Lounge and elevator are clean and nice.➕ WiFi signal has good quality. ➕ TV has Scrren Mirroring. So, you can watch YouTube or Netflix from smartphone. ➕ Water in batroom is strong and enough hot.➕ Staff is responsive regarding everyday issues. But be ready to ask for help two or three times.➕ It has good location near Istiklal. Two metro station, shopping, restaurants, Taxim square and Galata tower in 5-10 minutes of walking.➕ Safe box is including.➕ Price meets expectation. CONS➖ Because of location is Istiklal that full of bars, outdoor is veeery noise every evening. Be ready. It is better to order room with windows to the backyard.➖ Soundproifing of room doors is awful. Girls in next door always screamed and laughed after 1:00 AM.➖ Staff does not react to complaints about neighbors whose behavior is unacceptable, at all.➖ Long hairs on the floor after each cleaning.➖ Economy class double room is tiny. It can be uncomfortable for tall people.➖ My hand towel wasn't changing and has holes.➖ They give only shampoo and body lotion, but not shower gell. It is so strange...➖ No breakfasts at all.

  Small hotel for those who want to be near Istaqlal

  The hotel was ok but for families the area is not so suitable. It leads to Istaqlal street so its good for those who want to live near the place of happening. Washrooms were ok & the triple room was ok too but the double is a bit small. Staff was average & they dont understand english

  Took an hour minutes to give us rooms.The accessibility is limited as no a car fit in the lane this is located in so you literally have to walk to the hotel through uneven streets. Dont have any bell boy or anyone to take your luggage to the room, you have to somehow fit your luggage in their compact lift and have to take your luggage to your room. The receptionist denies giving extra water bottles due to their "two bottle per day policy" and that too will only be given in the morning. Theres little privacy as rooms are not sound proof, so any noise above the normal talking volume is heard in other rooms.

  Worst experience..

  We are having worst experience at this hotel. The washroom smell is coming to the room. The bed is in horrible condition that it's almost impossible to sleep. The room looks like no one even bothered to clean it before we arrived.We took a family room thinking that it would be better but its one of the worst rooms I have ever been to.. I have been told that they cannot do anything Tonight as housekeeping and everyone is gone and to speak to the manager tomorrow morning. Unfortunately I am checking out by tomorrow but I still wanted to post the review in case anyone is planning to stay here.. kindly don't!! If I had seen this review by someone else here then I would have saved my money and decided to go somewhere else..
