    Staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The food is lovely. Breakfast is the usual continental with little twists like chips/fries and cake! Hotel on a hill so is a challenge for people who have disabilities

    Visited the Modus with my wife for her surgery this hotel should be above 5* every member of staff were kind, friendly, diligent anything they could do to make your stay better they went that extra mile.The restaurant menu was select with fresh ingredients in every dish top class service included up the hill we're many top shops, restaurants, patisseries, the side streets were very vibrant with fantastic shopping areas.I would rate the Modus a top class hotel 5* plus and recommend to anyone who would enjoy an amazing experienceThankyou to everyone 👍

    The hotel is in a great location near very nice boutique shops and cafes. Our stay was amazing thanks to all the fabulous staff, especially Engin and Arjun. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Some of the rooms need a little maintenance which is easy to fix. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here especially because of the great staff. The food in the hotel was great…very fresh ingredients and the modus sandwich was very nice.

    I can't fault at all this hotel, I stayed here for two weeks whilst I had surgery in Istanbul. Every single waiter was amazing, their standard of service was 5 star and made everyone feel like they were at home. Room service and restaurant prices were also reasonable, and they're so accommodating to any need - even if you want something the hotel don't have they'll send a car and get it delivered for you. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in Istanbul and wish every single person who works there from cleaners, bartenders and other hotel staff the brightest futures.

    Very nice place very nice people good and fresh breakfast. The staff is honestly so nice and caring from housekeeping to roomservice and reception.We will definitely be back here again thank you very much.
