    We would never use this hotel again as the pictures advertising it are very misleading!

    The is one of the most disappointing stays in Istanbul. The hotel was dirty, rooms only cleaned on request and we had to regularly request towels, water and toilet rolls and tea and coffee also had to be requested. There was no gym even though advertised and pictures on website. We were advised this was totally removed during Covid and not replaced even still promoted. The pictures promoting the hotel are over 9 years old and we felt the hotel was run down. The staff very unhelpful and the food although just breakfast was very poor, lacked variety and not replenished. We stayed on the fourth floor and when we looked out of the windows we were faced with a building site, as there was a construction ongoing. I would highly not recommend this hotel.

    Lack of room cleaning, towels, toilet paper or Tea & Coffee having to request. Only cleaned 4 times in 2 wks. The gym closed for years, but still advertised and pictures well out of date. The hotel is tired, room smells of cig smoke, ventilation system needs cleaned, breakfast poor & not as advertised. Outside of hotel looks on to to a building site, not city views.

    I would like to thank all the staff at the molton monapart hotel for their amazing care and attention they gave myself and my wife. We have been there for a week and had a great time in your hotel and I would like to give a special thank you to the night man Emin Cebeci who treated us like family once again a huge thank you to you all

    Reality compared to the pictures online is a bit different. The hotel os nit "fresh" equipments are worn out and it is not clean. The bathooms are fool of someones elses hair, and it needs general cleaning. Someone was smoking in the room before. Stuff are ince and friendly. Bfast is ok, some veggies, and eggs. Once again , not what's on the pictures.Neighborhood is not very nice.

    the people are so so rude and the food is cold and i found hairs and it was atrocious. i complained about the hair(s) i found and they said and i quote "get a grip" i was shocked as my kids were their. the room was messy and un organised their was no effort put into it. the bed wasnt even made and i found a sock under my pillow.
