    Poor uncontrollable air conditioning cannot sleep

    We arrived at the hotel late around 3am. We were initially checked in and the room air conditioning was set at 23 Celsius and the controls could not be overidden to reduce. When we complained they came to unlock the patio door due to the main street the traffic and flight noise meant we couldn't sleep. We complained again and asked for Fans which they could not provide. They changed our room but again since the air conditioning is centrally controlled and is fixed at 23 C they could again only open the patio door which lead to unpleasant smells from the outside resulting in us again unable to sleep This is definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel as the air conditioning in any room does not work Mövenpick İstanbul Asia Airport, Müşteri Hizmetleri / Ön Büro at Movenpick Hotel Istanbul Asia Airport, responded to this review Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your comments regarding your stay at Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Asia Airport.
