    I recently stayed at My Dora. before booking I saw many good reviews but I was concerned because none were recent. I can say that it is still a great place to stay. Spotlessly clean, modern and in great condition. The staff, while with limited English, with a little help from google translate, were all very helpful with local information, airport transportation and whatever was needed. The location could not have been better. It should be noted that google maps shows a 20 min walk from the ferry terminal and stop for havaist and other bus stops. There are actually several walkways across the main street so that these are only about 5 min away.

    This is a lovely boutique hotel located in small street in Kadikoy, so only three minutes' walk to the sea-front and ferry ports. The hotel is beautifully decorated in an individual, contemporary style and is spotlessly clean. The rooms are very pleasant and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is efficiently planned with a lovely rain-water shower head. There is plenty of choice for breakfast, from sweet cakes and pancakes, local bread and also a traditional Turkish salad breakfast. The coffee and tea are freshly made. The staff are very friendly, efficient and eager to help out with any questions or problems. They all speak very good English, if this important for you. A big thank you to Sude who really goes out of her way to be helpful and friendly. Her command of English is astonishing!There are restaurants all around the hotel and the market is about seven minutes' walk. Kadikoy is a bustling little town on the Asian shore of Istanbul. The ferries are amazing and can take you everywhere. It is such an enjoyable way to travel.I highly recommend this hotel!

    Very Nice Location at Kadıköy, Close to the ferry station, Clean, Cozy, valuable price. Very Nice staf. Bathroom, bed are really clean. Also good breakfast. Kadıköy’ de gayet iyi bir lokasyonda. Feribot iskelesine yürüme mesafesinde. Yataklar, banyo gayet temiz. Çalışanlar gayet iyi.     Great hotel in a great location, very near to the ferry but off the main road so quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were in good condition and clean. As a solo traveller my room was on the smaller side but ok for one. The breakfast was traditional and the timings were good.     this hotel is inside an alley and is near the sea and pier. you can get on the ship, and go to the European side. this travel is very nice and wonderful. near the hotel is full of various cafes and restaurants that are full of customers until midnight.when I was there, I woke up early and walked near the sea and watched the people which were going to their work by ship.altogether I have a wonderful time in this hotel. levent erdoğan, İşletme Sahibi at My Dora Hotel, responded to this review Thank you very much for your valuable contribution.
