  Daytime vs Night time should be discussed. .

  Dream location. Dream staff. Nightmare club next door. Pounding dance music til 3 AM every night. Literally banging music. Til three in the morning. Forget jet lag. This is a dream killer at 120 beats per minute. You have been warned.   Great Place to Stay Before Cruise

  Olcay and the rest of the staff treat us like family. They helped answer so many questions for us. The rooms were amazing. They were spacious clean and one of the best beds I’ve slept on in a hotel in a long time. We had a Beautiful view from the balcony.   Meh, I wish I went with the other hotel I was looking at

  Didn’t love. Best part was the location: convenient for tourists but noisy at night with the hookah bars and street activities. Worst part was the room: I stayed in the junior suite, it smelled like a toilet. There was so much furniture in the room that it was difficult to walk around with 2 people and no where I open a suitcase, let alone 2. Bed was comfy. Shower was fine. The night shift guy kept pushing a dinner boat cruise. He must be getting some sort of commission off of it. After declining, we came back down and he said he booked it for us. After we again told him we were not interested he seemed to not be interested in helping us any further. Even adamantly wouldn’t help me when I asked him where to have an Uber pick us up at (since there’s no cars allowed on the hotel road).   When making this complain with the team, the bald old guy from reception hit my shoulder!!! Please be careful! We are writing to file an extremely serious formal complaint regarding our stay at Hotel Nabu, Istanbul. Unfortunately, the experience has been far below the minimum standards expected, creating a highly unpleasant and unsustainable situation for us.1. Deplorable cleanliness conditions:From the moment we entered the room, we noticed a complete lack of hygiene. The floor beneath the bedside tables was covered in dirt, accumulated dust, and sticky surfaces that clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. This is not only unpleasant but also poses a serious health and hygiene concern. Worse still, after requesting that the room be cleaned, the situation did not improve. Additionally, the bed linens were stained, and after explicitly asking for them to be changed, the new sheets provided were also in deplorable condition, with stains and clear signs of poor hygiene. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that is marketed as being of a high standard.2. Unbearable noise making it impossible to rest:Starting from 8 PM, the room becomes uninhabitable due to unbearable noise from the street. The level of noise is such that it prevents any form of rest, resulting in sleepless nights and extreme exhaustion. While we understand that the hotel’s location may generate some noise, the lack of adequate soundproofing is a major infrastructural flaw that should have been clearly stated in the property’s description. This has completely ruined our ability to enjoy the stay, as we cannot even fulfill the most basic function of a hotel: to sleep.3. Failure to clean the bathroom daily:As if the previous issues were not enough, we noticed that during the daily cleaning, the bathroom and toilet were not even attended to. The lack of hygiene in such sensitive areas is deeply concerning and creates a constant feeling of unsanitariness. This shows a lack of attention and unacceptable negligence on the part of the cleaning staff, once again raising serious concerns about the standards maintained by this hotel.e guests. However, our attitude towards those who chase financial opportunities like you is always clear. When you said it was your honeymoon on the day you entered the hotel, you were offered wine and shared your happiness, but when the last day of your stay approached, you came to our receptionist friend and made complaints and wanted to talk to the hotel manager and talked to me. You stayed for 4 days and asked for a full refund and asked what else you would give me. You asked for these in return for not making a bad comment. When you and your girlfriend look at your comments, we see that you do this in all businesses. So why did you want to stay when we said if you do not want to stay at the hotel, let's refund your fee and check out? Why did you want money and other gifts in return for your comment? As NABU HOTEL, we will never make concessions to money opportunists and we will continue our business as a clean and peaceful hotel. Try your luck elsewhere and I hope the lesson you learned from us will be an experience for you...

  Best choice hotel

  We shared a junior suite with a balcony. The room was spacious and had a huge bed in side. Lovely balcony to have a smoke outside. Has a sound systema and a large TV. The water pressure was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Would not use them to recommend tours as the English of some of the staff is not good but one does not need this if you do your own research before going. The location is awesome. I searched for days on the best areas to stay and found it at this hotel. Everything is walking distance to trams and the Bosphorus river and there are tons of restaurants just outside the door. Oh and one of the oldest Hamman is 5 minutes walk.
