    I came to the hotel all over sudden after being very u happy with another hotel. The minutes I stepped in I felt welcomed, and didn’t hesitate to make reservation on the spot. Reception was very polite and helpful with good English taking me to the room within a minute or two since I asked to make reservation. The guy at the reception asked about smoking preferences as I’m a smoker and I don’t want to go out all the time I want to smoke, so I got such a room.The room is big with working for heating air con, good bathroom supplies for a 4* hotel, hot clean shower, clean bathroom. all information is clear that makes you feel safe.Wi-Fi is good.I don’t know who is saying about noise from the street, may be it’s personal sensitivity as my windows were overlooking the street and I didn’t face any disturbing noise - sound proof in my opinion is good. I was very satisfied and will consider this hotel my next trip to Istanbul.

    I never actually got to stay, because I mistakenly booked for an IST arrival when I was flying into SAW. Still, the team couldn’t have been more helpful—prompt answers to every question, an airport‑shuttle option, and amazing value for the price. Most importantly, they showed real understanding: even though my reservation was non‑refundable and I cancelled at the last minute, they waived the fee without hesitation. Thank you for the outstanding service! The next time I land at Sabiha Gökçen, I already know where I’ll be staying.

    This hotel is excellent. Centrally located. The room quality is superb, and we were impressed by the friendliness of all the staff.The restaurant was lovely and the menu had a large choice. Service very efficient and food great.A huge thank you.

    The value of an hotel is created only by three subjects: the designer, the personnel and the ( unpolite) customers .The rooms are relatively quiet ( at least those not directly on the main road) but the large windows with the cold of these days put a challenge on the room heating.There personnel is efficient and kind.There are impolite customers talking in corridors after 2 am, slamming doors, etc.I understand the personnel can not do much to control these uncivilized people, but maybe with some simple adaptation to the closing system of the rooms some noise can be avoided.This hotel is around 2.5 km from the airport of Istanbul Sabiha.The standard ( I repeat, “standard” ) rooms are very large, larger for a standard than I have ever seen.A king size bed plus a single, well prepared, very white bed sheets.Room and bathroom are exceptionally clean.Equipment and furniture are in very good shape and clean.To mention some of the weaker points: the gratuities are just the minimum necessary, the TV is maybe a 30 inch size, maybe a bit small for today’s standards.Setting up the heating in the room is a challenge ( either too hot or too cold)Same for setting the temperature of the showerFor a bit over 80 euros as preferential price, I believe it is just somewhat high, as breakfast is complete but not fancy at all.I disregard the shuttle service, promised but not available “ because the weather is bad” ( in fact when I arrived roads were clean and weather was clear and sunny. Same as when I left.Turkish business hotels are getting too expensive for the offer.

    Spacious Stay with a Small Hiccup

    My recent stay at this hotel was, overall, very enjoyable. The rooms were a definite highlight – modern, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with countless restaurants and coffee shops right on its doorstep, making it incredibly easy to find a great meal or a quick caffeine fix.However, I did have a small concern during my stay. A couple of items went missing from my room, which was a little perplexing. I left a pen for my Samsung tablet and a pair of gloves on my bed before heading out for the day, along with a tip on the pillow for the maid. When I returned and was packing to leave, I noticed they were gone. I'm not sure what happened to them. Is it possible the maid might have mistakenly thought I was leaving them as a gift or wanted them discarded? It's a bit of a mystery. While this was a minor issue, it was still a little unsettling.Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for its modern and spacious rooms and its excellent location. I would just suggest keeping a closer eye on personal belongings during your stay.
