    Terrible hotel! The staff is very rude! 10.05.2026g air conditioning is not working, the room was missing electric kettle, brought dirty kettle without cups, then brought disposable paper cups! The window just won't open, hits the bed. The room is very small and the bed is also small, the mattress is hemisphere, hold on don't fall, old towels with stains. The shower mixer was leaking... Barely 1 night and in the morning left for a normal hotel with a difference of $15 per night. The experience is terrible! Originally submitted in Russian on www.tripadvisor.ru. View originals.

    The room was good overall clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things missing, like glasses for drinking water and something to put toothbrushes in the bathroom.The food choice was quite limited. Some dishes were tasty, but it really depends on what you pick. Also, there was a staff member standing in the dining area all the time, watching what guests were taking, which felt a bit uncomfortable.Another issue was the noise at night around midnight, guests were slamming doors and it was very hard for us to fall asleep.On the positive side, the receptionists were polite and helpful.

    Worst Hotel ever!

    Hotel is beautiful! One manager is extremely nice! One front desk girl is sweet! One overnight front desk person (Mert Aydin) is a thief. We asked for a cab to airport and he said he will call for us and charged us 600 Turkish money. However, when the cab took us to IST airport, he told us we owe additional 100 Turkish money. We refused to pay! He showed us the 200 Turkish money got from them and said he was told to charge us additional money at the airport and charge as a baggage fee. We decided to ask for police and cab driver left. When we asked for towers or paper towel, we were told we need to check before they gave us anything. Disappointing! I would have given then 0 if it was for those two people and the beds.

    The hotel is completely renovated, the rooms are nice and comfortable, clean. The disadvantage is a very small elevator. Breakfast is very poor and when guests who eat at 7 is no longer supplemented for those who eat breakfast a little later. The location is ok, you have to walk a little to the subway, bus, but if you like to walk you can walk even to the Hagia Sophia, which is about 1.5 km. All in all, it was important to me that it was clean and that it was pleasant to sleep over ...
