      I booked this hotel from 30th September til 2nd October and paid in advance through Agoda. After picking my wife up from the airport , we went to the hotel and to our surprise were refused the check in. The receptionist was a rude guy aka Sinon who said there was no reservation under my name despite me showing him confirmation and payment. He blatantly said they didnt work with aagoda because Agoda doesnt pay them their desired amount. We tried contacting Agoda but all in vain. We were too tired and I just was not in a mood to argue with him so I left and checked in to another propert which was a 3 minhtes walk from this hotel. Upon our return, I contacted Agoda via telephone and the agent told me to write them an email explaining everything in detail which i did. As a proof, I also attached the business card of the receptionist, a picture of me in their waiting area along with an invoice of the alternate hotel we stayed at. To my horror and disbelief, the Agoda agents didnt pay heed to any of the above and said they believed the propert management that I didnt show up hence the refund cannot be processed. Extremely disappointed by their customer services. Instead of blacklisting the property they turned down their customer. I am never using Agoda again and will ensure none of my friends and family also use their forum for bookings. In my POV, both Agoda and the hotel management were hand in glove to rip off their customers.
