  The hotel is located in few minutes walking from Taksim square but the neighborhood is not to be recommended. At night you don't feel that safe.No lift in that hotel which is not convenient for people with heavy laguageThe room is large but the bathroom is very small.Beside that the owners are very nice and try their best to help.

  At first I liked it there, the price was quite low and the location pretty good although it is in a poor neighborhood. We booked the room through booking.com and they pre-authorized my credit card, so when I got there we just agreed they could keep the money they pre-authorized as long as they wouldn't charge me a second time. When I got back home I was pretty satisfied, only a few months later I realized while checking my bank statements that they charged me another 3 times - so in total they charged me 4 times for one stay. I got in touch with booking.com and after one month booking.com returned my money, but they removed this property from their website since then.

  I booked deluxe room for 5 nights in December 2016 , after couple of hours I and my friend decided to leave the hotel and find somewhere else, reason been hotel is located in very poor and creepy neighbourhood , no facility in the hotel , no lift , shower not working , toilet set broken , matrix all smell , hair left in the room , if you want to waste your money then do not hesitate book this hotel . The only thing worked was the wifi .

  It was my first time to try this hotelI sent them an email asking them my room to be in first floor as i have issues in my back and leg and they replied confirming on that my room is in first floor.However i checked in 8 in the morning, i only left my luggages as they said my room will be empty at 12 which i respected as i was the one who came early.I stayed in the street and came back at 12, paid for the hotel, on my way up the stairs i discovered my room is on the 4th floor.Accordingly i refused totally the situation and we kept arguying and they gave me my money back.And i had to walk on my feet me and my friend with luggages as there were no taxis in the area searching for a hotel which was sure very expensive as it was holiday season.So they caused me waste of time and money.They are unprofessional at all.If from the begining they said no rooms on first floor i would have accepted, and if they said so since the morning i would also have accepted but not to make me discover after i pay and go to my room.

  Good location for nightlife

  The Hotel itself its quite close to Taksim square (Take Maria's advice if you want to walk from Taksim, its more walkable :) ) The location is really good if you want to go out every night. Clubs and touristic restaurants are very close, furthermore the shopping street is also really close (max 3 min walk). They don't offer breakfast but this should not scare you, there are plenty of bakeries around where you can have breakfast and cai (local tea) or coffee. The neighborhood does not look good at all, but is completely safe, the abandoned houses are not hiding monsters or bad people, for some reason in Istanbul they don't demolish them. It was safe even at night. The rooms are very clean, but kinda small. Every other day the rooms being cleaned, towels changed and so on. If you want luxury don't go here, go to a 5* hotel. These rooms are perfect for sleeping, having a rest in the afternoon. The kitchenette has a fridge, a microwave some knife and forks and a water heater. Overall impression is good, definitely good for the price. The terrace is unfortunately not that fancy as on the pictures, pictures in general show a state when it was renovated (probably 3-4 years ago). The host is really nice and helpful, you can ask anything they can help and they want to help. Overall impression is 7/10.
