    Great Staff, Nice Rooms

    Stayed 7 days at the end of August 2016, and it was a nice experience. Small hotel with attentive and helpful staff. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. Within walking distance of Barbaros cadde where there are lots of options. Taxis are easy to find. There were two issues I noticed otherwise it would have rated a 5. First, there was a leaking issue with the shower and secondly, there is a mosque very near and the calls to prayer was noticeable.     You feel like the phrase Home Sweet Home, really feel like I Was at home, people were very friendly, and helpful, even they have ordered some snacks for me, wireless, breakfast was superb. You are away from city's noise and crowd in the middle of the city.Dont miss here, take a look

    You are planning on visiting Istanbul and looking for a nice place for your stay. I would recommend this place. I stayed there upon a recommendation of my friend in Istanbul. I must admit I became a big fan of this lovely place for my Istanbul visits. I usually don't put online reviews but this time I felt obliged to. This place has very convenient location for visiting Istanbul for a short period of time. It is perfectly clean and there is very very good breakfast, and most important of all staff is very welcoming and extremely helpful.Overall I recommend Serrac hotel for all friends and families.

    Unexpected luxury and relaxness of bed and shower were amazing. High speed internet and central location of the hotel superb for business. A good beginning to day with tasty selected cheeses and olives and fresh vegetables and kindness of the staff made this hotel our best choice.

    for me the most important thing on a business trip is spending the least time possible on transportation, and serrac hotel, beyond its perfectly decorated cozy rooms and services, is the right place for those who want to stay at a place that is minutes away to Istanbul's most important venues. I especially recommand this hotel for the business people.
