  Almost everything was wrong !!!!

  I had booked a "Seaview Junior Suite" for about 7 days. It was a nightmare upon arrival. The hotel is practically inaccessible on foot. It's on a very steep slope, over a long distance. I understand that the landscape of Istanbul is like that, but the hotel is situated on a very steep slope by any standard. The description "Sea view" is a stretch; you, in fact, see various shanty rooftops. The kitchenette had no utensils—none. No pots, pans, knives, spatula, serving spoons, kitchen towels, dishwashing soap, etc. Upon request, we received only a duchpan. The dishwasher is so small that you cannot even fit the dishes provided by the hotel. The shower has no door, and the bathroom door does not close. My experience was so terrible that I decided to leave immediately, and paid for two days of rent as a penalty, leaving after only one night. Please do not make the same mistake.   Lovely stay in a cosy apartement

  The whole suite was so nice and clean. Pillows amazingly fluffy and bed very comfortable. All the workers were so friendly and helpful. Especially the manager Mrs. Duygu and her colleague Mrs. Senay were so kind and ready to help you in everything you need. The location is perfect just a few minutes from Taksim square.   filthy filthy rundown horrified the The pictures are doctored fair, not as you find them. The beds are fine apart the furniture is filthy. The kitchen is undescribable. I have never been in a hotel that is so bad that it should be closed down. The outside looks fabulous there entrance is fabulous and it stops there cannot walk because it is almost at 90° slope. I would never recommend this to anyone.   Very clean hotel, good location in a quiet area. Good prices, too. Pillows and mattress are most comfortable ever. The Hotel also arranged pick up transfer for us. We strongly recommend it.   Intended to book a junior suite with a view and hit the wrong button when booking. Emailed immediately to fix the error and received an email back that they had fixed the booking. When we arrived this was not done and we were in a basement room and told they had given away our room. Basement was adequate and roomy though the shower flooded which was annoying.
