    A dilapidated hotel in the heart of Istanbul, Taksim Square.

    Hello everyone, we booked this hotel in person for one night for two people, I have to use a terrible word about this hotel, the room they gave us had a heating system that didn't work at all, so the room didn't heat up and we both caught a cold, the hotel restaurant was as cold as a refrigerator, the hotel breakfast was very, very poor, the refrigerator in the room was broken and had a lot of frost, the paint on the walls of the room was peeling, the safe in the room wasn't fixed anywhere and could have been moved, some of the room's light bulbs were burnt out, the toilet in the room was leaking, the cupboard handles were broken, the bathroom floor was paper thin, the walls of the room's entrance door had a big crack and the hotel staff had handed over the room to us with knowledge of this, which is really unfortunate.

    Staff were very friendly and supportive, we had a little hiccup with our flights and the hotel reception was very understanding. Great location too, in the middle of where you want to be in Turkey! Highly recommended

    The hotel is located in a prime position in Taksim. The staff are friendly and supportive. The rooms are adequate, clean.and serviced daily. The breakfast although substantial is boring with no changes to it to accommodate longer staying customers. The spa offers an excellent service in a clean venue

    This hotel is far most the worst hotel everything from the minimum of requirements are not met . Wouldn't even let my friends go up to my room!!! From cleanliness to staff service, Should be a 1 star hotel.
