    Demanded cash of 6000 euros for the hotel bill. Would not accept card payment !They even told us to stop of booking.com reservation so that we get a better deal but it was to save them commission. This spoiled our stay, never heard of any hotel refusing card payments. The hotel was ok, not 4 stars anyways and the rooms need refurbished. Our group had so many complaints. The other thing is they show you photos of a swimming pool but they do not tell you it is closed until June! Not good!

    Hotel was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Staff at reception were perfectly professional and helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in. the restaurant was great! All in all a great place from which to explore San Giovanni!

    The hotel is easy to find and near all tourist attractions.The staff was nice, they speak English very well.The room was big and nice, maybe a little bit outdated. Just like a bathroom. But everything was very clean, which is most important. The breakfast was nothing special - a typical Italian breakfast, but it was ok.We stayed here for two days and choose this hotel mostly because of the swimming pool. But later discovered that swimming caps (extra charge) are mandatory in the pool. Which was a big turn-off. Except for this, everything else was ok.

    It is a good 4* Hotel in Rotondo. The Hotel lobby is massive and very beautiful. The rooms are basic for a 4* hotel. Other areas around the hotel premises are clean and tidy. Morning breakfast is good lavish spread. The shrine of San Giovanni of Rotondo is 15 minutes walk from the Hotel.

    Comfortable and spacious room.What I found particular was the looming presence of the Saint.Big bronze statue in the hallway, religious trivia shop in the lobby.To summarize, pilgrim classy hotel, matching with the 2000 jubilee disordered growth of the city
