    Service overall was very good. Including breakfast was very cheap and the staff working downstairs were brilliant. They made sure that the food was always full and catered to all our needs. The food was fresh, delicious and had a large variety. Everything was fresh and it was a perfect breakfast. They even allowed us to take food up to the room. Cleaning service was also very good. They came down swiftly, cleaned very efficiently and were out the door as soon as they were done. The first hotel in Istanbul that doesn't expect tips!!

    An okay experience. The rooms were spacious, however, there was quite a lot of wear and tear on the floor in the kitchen, the cabinets, and the table and chairs in the room. The service was not that good. We were promised an extra bed, but they did not have it ready when we arrived, so one night we slept cramped up. They had promised us a bed the next day, but when we asked for it, they tried to talk their way out of getting us the bed. We eventually got it. The cleaners had thrown out one of our toothbrushes, and they did not care when we told them about it. The AC stopped working the last two nights, and they did not fix it. The location is really good, close to Taksim Street. It is fairly close to Tophane Station, however, it is a miserable walk up from the station to the hotel, as it is uphill all the way. Either way, it was cheap, so I guess it was worth the money.

    Great hotel in a good location just a little off the path in a cute neighborhood close to great shopping and the train. Hotel & Room in the art deco motif. Bedroom and bathroom generous, clean, and well appointed includinga kitchenette. Great open air interior balcony. GREAT BREAKFAST INCLUDED.The ENTIRE staff was absolutely amazingand helpful !

    We had a great time when we visited the Nuru Ziya suites. We had a suite room 101 , large room very comfortable bed and lots of storage. We loved the location just a walk up a steep cobbled street to the main shopping, bars and restaurants of Istiklal street. Breakfast was lovely and something for everyone to start the day.

    Amazing Hotel - great location, friendly staff and has everything you need

    We had such a lovely time. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned to a high standard every day. The location was perfect. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The hotel facilities were also great. We could go to the gym each morning and then enjoy our lovely breakfast buffet before heading into the city to explore. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. I could not recommend this hotel more highly.
