Units include 164 non-smoking rooms located in a 12-storey main building and a 9-storey auxiliary building. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas.     The hotel is located in Beyoglu, in a tourist area, but less overwhelming than Sultanahmet and a great starting point for getting anywhere in Istanbul, with easy access to the metro and buses. The room is big, the bed is really comfortable, the shower is great and the breakfast is excellent. Room service is fast and efficient.     Good breakfast choices & great service from Burak at breakfast on the mezzanine. The ground floor restaurant was quiet but the food was very good. I particularly enjoyed the pide. The wine was priced reasonably compared to other restaurants. The room was simple but clean & good hot shower.
