    Loved the breakfast buffet, specifically Fran at the tapioca bar. She was amazing. I had to have her tapioca every day. Cleaning service was amazing too. Our room was taken care of wonderfully. Loved the service here. Tons of wonderful places to go close by.     Old fashioned and cavernous hotel. Friendly staff.

    This hotel is really old fashioned and apart from the pool area is not particularly recommended. It is located on Praia do Futuro which is dangerous at night. The first room we had was dirty. Dirty sheets, dirty pillowcases and the bed was sagging and broken at the side. We changed rooms to one opposite which was better. The hotel staff did their best (special mention to Saulo the doorman who parked the hire car and was really nice and helpful) as well as the restaurant staff who were also helpful and attentive). Reception staff were not particularly friendly and need more training. All in all this is a hotel from a bygone age and if you like large tour groups, old fashioned rooms and buffet style average food then come here. Not for me.     Not even close to what was published on the platforms. Smelly, dirty, old, not well maintained. Crowdy, very poor food quality. We can't understand the high rating on platforms. We wouldn't go back. Moved to another hotel on day 2. They did recognize the money though, by giving us credit for a future stay. A pity...     We ate dinner at the restaurant and had Cysne as our waitress. She was amazing and very helpful! The food was also very delicious. We had a pizza as well as a carbonara. Very thankful for a nice dinner with my husband!!!     Great stay at hotel.All the staff are very friendly and are ready to help if required.Family friendly and good access to beach.Easy access to town with taxis ready to go.Im coming back next year.Biggest swimming pool in Fortaleza.May I suggest a happy hour for drinks perhaps beer wine etc.Superb choice on Portuguese wine.I stayed here for 3 weeks.
